Experience:
7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or PAM roles, with 3+ years at a senior/architect level.
Extensive hands-on experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or similar solutions.
Proven track record of managing and enhancing large-scale PAM infrastructures.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, PKI, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Advanced scripting and automation expertise (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS, etc.).
Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL) and SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar).
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on risk management.
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
