We are looking for a passionate Cricket Content Writer with strong knowledge of the game to deliver accurate and engaging ball-by-ball commentary. The role involves providing real-time match updates, insights, and cricket content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write live ball-by-ball commentary for cricket matches in real time.
- Provide accurate match updates including runs, wickets, partnerships, and milestones.
- Analyze match situations and add insightful comments to enhance user engagement.
- Cover pre-match previews, post-match summaries, and key moments.
- Ensure error-free, fast, and consistent content delivery during live matches.
- Coordinate with the sports/data team to maintain accuracy.
- Create short highlights, headlines, and match snippets for apps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of cricket rules, formats, players, and global tournaments.
- Ability to write rapid, clear,



and engaging commentary under pressure.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with live scoring tools, APIs, or cricket platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sports writing or live commentary.
- Understanding of major leagues (IPL, ICC events, bilateral series).
- Passion for cricket and staying updated with current matches.
