Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Coordination Officer - LGS will support the pre-sales function by assisting in technical coordination, drawing review and proposal preparation for Light Gauge Steel (LGS) projects. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction materials and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret architectural and civil drawings for project feasibility and accuracy
- Assist in preparing and modifying AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and sales teams for project inputs and clarifications
- Support in preparing pre-sales documentation, technical submissions and proposals
- Understand and analyse foundation drawings and structural layouts
- Ensure proper documentation, version control and drawing records are maintained
- Assist in quantity take-offs and basic project
