Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients at home visits
- Perform venipuncture following standard protocols
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples
- Maintain accurate patient records and collection details
- Follow biomedical waste disposal and safety guidelines
- Complete assigned visits within the scheduled time
Requirements:
- Certification in DMLT / MLT / Phlebotomy (mandatory):
- 0-3 years of experience in blood sample collection
- Knowledge of biomedical waste handling
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence:
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in home collection or diagnostic labs
- Basic knowledge of sample handling and logistics
