Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about courses
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and career opportunities
- Maintain a database of calls and student interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Full time /Part time options available
- Excellent communication skill
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in tele calling / sales is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
