Urgently Required Field Officer / Area officer for our Security Company who is residing /or near Baner & Pune City area who is having 3-4years experience in same field.
- Qualification -Graduate
- Manpower management: Regularly checking security personnel, monitoring their grooming, and ensuring they adhere to uniform standards
- Recruitment and training: Sourcing, recruiting, and training recent security personnel, and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Site visits and audits: Regularly inspecting security sites, identifying and addressing operational gaps
- Client issue resolution: Responding promptly to client concerns and resolving issues efficiently
- Operational excellence: Implementing security protocols and procedures
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 4 years (required)
- Security: 3 years (required)
