What You’ll Do
- Turn ideas into tangible products — from concept sketches to real-world objects
- Explore form, function, and usability to create meaningful product experiences
- Study users, behaviors, and contexts to design relevant, human-centered solutions
- Build concepts through sketching, CAD models, and quick prototypes
- Work across categories — consumer products, packaging, systems, and experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, branding, engineering)
- Participate in research, ideation, and design storytelling
- Present your ideas clearly — visually and verbally (yes, English matters)
- Visit vendors, understand manufacturing,



and support execution when needed

The Bare Essentials
- Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Design / Product Design
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers, internships, passion projects — all count)
- Strong skills in sketching, form development, and visualization
- Hands-on with CAD tools like SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Rhino (or similar)
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) & presentation tools
- Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes & prototyping basics
- A portfolio that shows thinking, process, and not just polished outcomes
- Ready to work from office in Pune, full time
