About the Company

We are a fast-growing real estate company based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to enhance our brand presence and marketing initiatives.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and project presentations
- Develop branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity assets
- Design layouts for real estate project brochures and floor plan presentations
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements
- Work with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Edit and enhance images, including property photographs and renders

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field




- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design (real estate experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in designing for social media platforms and digital marketing
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with real estate developers or marketing agencies
- Knowledge of print production and large-format designs
- Understanding of UI/UX basics for landing pages
