1. Job Summary

The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to guests at the reception desk. The role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

2. Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures as per hotel SOPs.

Maintain guest registration records and documentation accurately.

Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and politely.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Process guest billing, payments, and invoices accurately.

Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Maintain proper grooming standards and professional conduct at all times.

Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable.

3. Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

4. Experience

0-2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel or resort environment.

Freshers with hospitality training may also apply.

5. Skills & Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Basic knowledge of PMS (Property Management System).

Ability to handle guest complaints calmly and professionally.

Positive coordination and teamwork skills.

Professional grooming and presentation.

6. Working Conditions

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended hours during duty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
