To achieve the targeted and optimum production during the shift, assist the Shift Engineer in planning ,organizing, leading and controlling the team.
- Responsible for planning of required Manpower to produce the targeted production in the shift
- Responsible for planning of required raw materials, packing materials, manpower etc.,
- . Verification of all equipments in working condition.
- Ensuring start up procedures like verification of switches on/ off working conditions, pressure gauges conditions, oil levels, power supply conditions etc., to be followed by each operator.
- Ensuring running of all machines in optimum speed during production and close monitoring.
- Ensuring the production is to be confirmed to the specification of the Company
- Ensuring the proper handovering of quality finished product to wear house.
- Following periodical maintenances of all equipments as per the schedules I.e. daily,weekly, monthly etc.,




- Ensuring all safety precautions to be followed and wearing of PPE by all employees
- Following required shut down procedures like,cleaning of equipment
- Preparation of daily shift production report and monitoring of PRS ratings and goals I.e. Plant efficiency, Mechanical Efficiency, Electricity Consumption, Water Consumption, Fuel Consumption, etc.,
- Responsible for implementation of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 systems.
- Providing required Trainings to sub-ordinates
- JOB QUALIFICATION; B.TECH (Mechanical) with one or two years experience in a manufacturing company
- Age limit: between 25 to 30 years

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
