We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide students and parents in choosing the right academic programs (NEET | JEE | MHT-CET | Boards) and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, call, and online enquiries from students & parents
- Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and admission process
- Counsel students based on their academic goals
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain records of leads, enquiries, and conversions
- Coordinate with academic team for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and guide students/parents
- Basic understanding of NEET, JEE, MHT-CET, and Board courses
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
