- Banking Operations comprises operations for Commercial, Corporate and Retail banking clients. These operations support the business across US, Asia Pacific, & EMEA regions. GWBO functions include implementation and servicing of credit, depository and treasury products, processing of payments and processing of trade finance transactions.
- Job Description*
- Associate is responsible for delivering a wide range of banking services to customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, account management, customer queries, and promoting banking products and services.
- Responsibilities*
- Responsible to ensure that the tasks are completed within the given SLAs.
- Need to meet all the applicable KPI for the business
- Effective Analytical skills are required to ensure that correct action is taken on each transaction
- Interact with LOB partners for a quick resolution of issues.
- Requirements*
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience
