Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser who can help us build a high-performing product assortment for our fast-growing women’s fashion e-commerce business.

This role is focused on identifying winning products, tracking performance, and working closely with marketing & production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify trending styles from platforms like Shein, Cider, Myntra, Instagram, etc.
- Suggest new product designs based on market demand and trends
- Coordinate with production team for:
- Fabric availability
- Sampling feasibility
- Maintain and update Product Performance Tracker (Excel):
- Analyse product performance:
- Bestsellers
- Slow movers
- No-sales products
- Work closely with Marketing team to:
- Identify products to push via Meta Ads




- Focus on high-performing styles
- Recommend:
- Which products to scale
- Which products to discontinue

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of women’s westernwear fashion
- Strong interest in e-commerce & fashion trends
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset (numbers + trends)
- Ability to take ownership and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
