About the Company

Bharat Biomer is a growing agri-tech company focused on sustainable farming solutions through microbial crop enhancement technology, aiming to improve soil health and crop yield.

We are looking for a dedicated Microbiologist to support research and development of microbial-based agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and analysis of microbial cultures
- Study soil samples and microbial activity
- Assist in development of microbial formulations
- Ensure quality control and product consistency
- Maintain lab records and documentation
- Follow safety and compliance standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Microbiology or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in microbiology / lab work
- Knowledge of soil microbiology preferred
- Robust analytical and observation skills
- Detail-oriented and team player

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
