Sourcing Executive - Vendor Research (Events & Services)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to support our vendor research and database development efforts. This role is focused on identifying new vendors, suppliers, and technologies across the events and services ecosystem in India.

This is NOT an operations or event execution role. The primary responsibility is research, sourcing, and data management.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new vendors across categories such as production, AV, fabrication, logistics, venues, and event technologies
- Conduct online research and outreach to gather vendor information
- Build and maintain a comprehensive vendor database:
- Update vendor details including services, pricing insights, and contact information
- Support the procurement team by sharing relevant vendor options
- Track new trends, suppliers, and innovations in the event industry

Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers can apply)




- Strong interest in research, sourcing, and vendor discovery:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred
- Exposure to events, marketing, or service industries is a plus
