Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a structured social media content calendar aligned with communication objectives - Create clear, compelling, and original content in English and Hindi for social media platforms - Translate complex policy, rehabilitation, and infrastructure information into simple, relatable narratives - Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance - Develop myth vs. fact, awareness,



and clarification posts to address misinformation and build trust - Develop content aligned with brand voice and communication strategy - Collaborate with internal teams to produce integrated content - Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency - Optimize content for SEO and digital performance - Manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines consistently - Stay updated and implement latest content trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with work experience [0-2] - Strong command over Hindi and English (written and spoken) - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Ability to simplify complex ideas into easy-to-understand content - Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content formats - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace - Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Basic understanding of social media platforms and analytics
