Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Grades 11 and 12, focusing on Core and Elective English as per board guidelines.
- Board Preparation: Conduct intensive practice sessions, mock exams, and provide detailed feedback to maximize student performance in Board Exams.
- Language Development: Implement strategies to improve students' creative writing, public speaking, and critical analytical skills.
- Assessment: Design high-quality question papers, assignments, and periodic tests. Maintain meticulous records of student progress.
- Mentorship: Act as a Class Teacher, providing pastoral care and career guidance to senior students.
- Extracurriculars: Lead the Literary Club, organize debates, declamations, and school magazine publications.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- Education:
- Post-Graduation (M.A. in English) from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching senior secondary classes in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Smart Boards, ERP systems, and digital teaching tools.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command over spoken and written English; ability to explain complex literary themes effectively.
- Eligibility (Optional but Preferred): Qualified HTET (Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test) or CTET is highly desirable for government-aided or top-tier private schools.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
