Assist in preparation and sterilization of media, glassware, and laboratory instruments.
- Support culture maintenance, including microbial and fungal culture handling under aseptic conditions.
- Conduct basic laboratory experiments under supervision (e.g., inoculation, subculturing, and sample

preparation).
- Perform data entry and documentation of experimental results in lab notebooks and digital systems.
- Help in maintaining lab inventory, tracking reagents, consumables, and chemicals.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain lab cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in sample collection, labelling, and storage according to protocol.
- Participate in equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting with senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with biosafety and waste disposal protocols.
- Support R&D; or production teams in experimental setup, monitoring, and analysis.
