We source, market, and sell products across multiple online platforms and marketplaces, helping customers discover excellent deals and quality products at their doorstep. With a high-velocity sales operation and a rapidly expanding product catalogue, we are building a sharp Inside Sales team to drive customer acquisition, order closures, and upsells over the phone.

Role Overview

As a Telecalling Sales Executive at seekhobecho, you will connect with potential buyers, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed orders. You will be a key driver of our direct sales revenue — articulating product value, resolving hesitations, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression of our brand

Key Responsibilities
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand prospects' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Pitch Seekhobecho's plans clearly and persuasively,



addressing queries and objections confidently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the academic counselling team for smooth post-enrolment handover.
- Participate in daily team huddles, weekly reviews and ongoing sales training sessions.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Com, BBA, BSc, or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English — clear, confident, and persuasive.
- Ability to handle rejection gracefully and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Ecommerce, D2C, retail, or product sales telecalling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or order management systems
