We are looking for a highly skilled Data Management Executive with hands-on experience in FMS, PMS, IMS, and Google Sheets, preferably from a manufacturing or factory operations background.

This role goes beyond data handling — you will also interact with international clients, conduct demo calls, and explain system workflows, so strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Data & System Management:
- Manage and maintain data across FMS (Flow chart Monitoring System), PMS (Production Management System), and IMS (Inventory Management System):
- Create, update, and optimize dashboards and reports using Google Sheets / Excel:
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time tracking across systems
- Analyze operational data to identify gaps and improve reporting workflows

Operations Understanding:
- Work closely with factory / manufacturing data such as:
- production planning
- inventory tracking
- process flow data
- Understand and translate operational data into structured reporting formats

Client Interaction & Demo Calls:




- Conduct demo calls with international clients to explain system features and workflows
- Present data insights, dashboards, and reporting structures clearly
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders:
- Handle client queries and provide structured responses

Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, operations, management)
- Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and updates

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with:
- FMS / PMS / IMS systems:
- Google Sheets (advanced) — formulas, dashboards, automation
- Robust Excel / MIS reporting skills

Domain Experience
- Background in manufacturing / factory operations / production environment:
- Understanding of inventory, production cycles, and process tracking

Communication & Personality
