Job Description:
We are looking for an empathetic Student Mentor (Lighthouse) to guide Class 11th & 12th students in their IPM/BBA exam preparation journey, including time management, stress handling, exam prep, profile building, interview preparation, and college admissions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Conduct one-on-one online mentoring sessions with students to address challenges and improve performance.
Guide students across different stages of their preparation journey.
Analyze student data and share progress updates regularly with parents (via WhatsApp groups).
Skills & Experience Needed:
BBA/BMS/MBA or similar degree (IPMAT/BBA background preferred).
