Job Title: Copado Robotic Tester

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing tools
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Copado
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them through resolution
- Ensure test coverage, maintain test data, and optimize automation frameworks
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings (Agile environment)
- Continuously improve automation processes and testing standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT):
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, or similar)




- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies:
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Copado certifications (e.g., Copado Robotic Testing Certification)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer)
- Experience with other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Knowledge of API testing and integration testing
- Exposure to version control systems (Git)
