Get the inquiry details
- Project name, profile, colour, metal etc.
- Provide calculation for the installation area as per the profiles selected.
- Draft and read AutoCAD Drawings.
- Provide PI for the material.
- Upon confirmation of PI, verify the payment as per standard terms.
- Place the production order for the same. (standard time frame for dealer’s PO is 15 days max.)
- Intimate the Powder Coaters for colour arrangement.
- Verify the Powder Coating PO.
- Verify the QC of the finished material.
- Get the balance payment confirmation from the dealer.
- Intimate the accounts team for tax invoice and e-way bill generation. (also provide the receiver details
- name & contact num. to put in the tax invoice)
- Get the delivery details (address, mode of transport, transporter details, etc.)
- Verify the delivery challan.
- Dispatch the material and provide necessary documents to the dealer. (i.e., tax invoice, e-way bill, LR Copy, delivery challan, etc.)




- Update the file for each dealer separately.
- Put all the above-mentioned documents in the file and close each supply and put a separator for the recent one.
