Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and provide proper guidance.
- Explain services, products, courses, or programs clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales/business opportunities.
- Maintain client records and update CRM/database.
- Resolve client queries professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and confidence.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
Experience:
- Experienced(1-3 years).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
