- Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Videographer + Video Editor who can independently own video production from planning to final delivery. This role requires strong execution skills, creative input, and the ability to handle energetic, fast-turnaround content across teams.

You will also leverage AI-powered tools to improve editing speed, ideation, and production efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:




- Shoot and edit short-form videos for internal communication, community initiatives, ads, and events
- Actively contribute creative ideas during script and content ideation discussions across teams
- Manage shoot arrangements including setup, props, food, and basic on-ground logistics
- Handle ad-hoc content requests per month from different departments
- Support offline shoots and events as required
- Act as a backup videographer/editor for other content needs when needed

AI-Driven Responsibilities
- Use AI-powered video editing tools to improve turnaround time and efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools for auto-captioning, subtitle generation, and transcription.
- Utilize AI-based tools for thumbnail generation, background cleanup, noise reduction, and video enhancement.
- Support AI-assisted workflows for idea generation, script refinement, and content repurposing.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools in video
