Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Experience working with ATS and HRMS tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust negotiation and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
