Job Title: Supervisor - Mechanical

Department: Mechanical Maintenance
Location: Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat
Industry: Power Plant / Petrochemical / Petroleum Refinery / Fertilizer

Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech / AMIE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
- Minimum 6 Years of experience in:
- Power Plant / Petrochemical / Petroleum Refinery / Fertilizer Industry
- Out of total experience, at least 3 years in a gas-based power plant (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute mechanical maintenance activities in plant
- Ensure smooth operation of rotating & static equipment:
- Plan and monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance:
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure quick resolution




- Coordinate with operations team for plant reliability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures:
- Maintain maintenance records and reports

Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems & equipment:
- Experience in gas-based power plant operations:
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety practices and industrial standards
