Position Overview

The Storekeeper /Inventory Executive will be responsible for overseeing the storage and inventory management of stock. This includes receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, and ensuring that stock is organized and accessible. The Storekeeper will ensure that the storage areas are clean and well-maintained.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming stock to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
- Organize, categorize, and label stock items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and transactions (e.g., receipts, issuances, returns).
- Perform regular stock checks and inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when reordering is necessary.
- Issue supplies and materials to various departments based on requests or pre-approved orders.
- Ensure that items are issued according to the correct quantities and specifications.




- Assist in coordinating the delivery and dispatch of stock items to various locations.
- Ensure that stock is stored in a protected, organized, and easily accessible manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Regularly inspect the stock for damage or expiration and take necessary actions, such as rotating or removing damaged items.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Prepare inventory reports for management, highlighting any discrepancies or potential issues.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to inventory (e.g., stock valuation, reorder levels).
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth stock supply and movement.
- Work with the procurement team to verify order quantities and ensure the correct stock is ordered.
