Job Title: Branding & Communication Associate

Job Summary:
The Branding & Communication Associate will be responsible for strengthening the visibility, outreach, and brand identity of GiftAbled Foundation. The role involves creating impactful communication materials, managing digital platforms, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels to highlight the organization’s work and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Management & Strategy:
- Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications
- Support in developing branding strategies to enhance visibility and engagement
- Maintain and update brand assets (logos, templates, communication materials)

2. Content Development:
- Create engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and reports
- Draft impact stories, case studies, blogs, and donor communication materials
- Collaborate with program teams to document field activities and success stories

Digital & Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize performance

4. Media & Public Relations:
- Support in building relationships with media and external stakeholders
- Assist in press releases, media coverage, and event communication
- Coordinate visibility for key events, campaigns, and initiatives

5. Design & Creative Support:
- Develop basic creatives, presentations, and communication collaterals
- Coordinate with designers/agencies for advanced creatives if required

6. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain a repository of communication materials, photos, and videos
- Support donor reporting with relevant communication inputs and visuals

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fiel
