Supervise and coordinate daily activities of hospital staff across assigned departments
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support where needed
- Handle patient queries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to improve service quality
- Ensure proper allocation of staff and resources for effective workflow
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
