What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team
- Manage quotations, orders, and invoicing with high accuracy
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch
- Assist customers in selecting the right fasteners for their needs
- Track orders, follow up on delays, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customers, pricing, and inventory

- High order accuracy (98%+)
- Fast response to customer inquiries
- Timely order processing and dispatch coordination
- Strong follow-up on pending orders
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business

What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or admin support
- Basic knowledge of fasteners or industrial products (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
