The Admissions Counselor serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families. Your mission is to guide parents through the enrollment journey—from their initial inquiry to the child’s first day of school—while ensuring the school meets its enrollment goals and maintains its unique community culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Tours & Events: Conduct engaging school tours and host "Open House" events that highlight the school’s curriculum, safety standards, and philosophy.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local parenting groups, pediatricians, and neighborhood organizations to increase school visibility.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the transition for current families by coordinating "meet the teacher" sessions and ensuring all health and safety records are compliant before the start date.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:



2+ years in admissions, customer service, or early childhood education administration.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "people-first" attitude.
- Empathy: A deep understanding of the emotional process parents go through when choosing their child's first school.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and experience with enrollment software.
- Organization: The ability to juggle multiple family files without letting a single detail slip through the cracks.
