Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research and Development Chemist role based in Gudur. The chemist will design, develop, and optimize formulations related to botanical extracts, citrus-based products, particularly Citrus Pectin , while ensuring alignment with product performance and safety standards.

Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing chemical and physical properties, and maintaining accurate records of methods, data, and results. The role involves supporting quality control activities, troubleshooting product or process issues,



and collaborating with production and technical teams to scale up successful formulations. The chemist will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, evaluate new raw materials and technologies, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Experience in Spray drying will be an additional advantage.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret experimental data and quality metrics.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) experience in chemistry, botanical extracts, or related fields.
- Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of chemicals, experimental design, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Citrus Pectin processing ( different grades ) and applications
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Quality Control procedures, testing protocols, and compliance with industry standards.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with natural product chemistry, process optimization, regulatory requirements, and effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.
