Role Description The Research Analyst role is a full-time, in office position based in Udaipur. The person in this role will collect, organize, and analyze market and business data to support client projects and internal decision-making. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing statistical analyses, generating insights, and creating clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.

The Research

Analyst will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand business cases, define data requirements,



and recommend data-driven solutions. This role also involves maintaining data accuracy, monitoring trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of research methods and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and general Research skills to design studies, gather information, and evaluate industry trends.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present findings clearly, write concise reports, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and basic knowledge of databases or SQL is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or experience in research or analytics are an advantage.
- Ability to work with large datasets, pay close attention to detail, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
