Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimise formulations for skincare and cosmetic products Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product performance and shelf-life Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concept ideas to life Research and evaluate new raw materials and ingredient technologies Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations (BIS, FDA, etc.) Support scale-up, pilot batches, and production coordination with manufacturing units Maintain detailed documentation and technical records Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences,



or a related field Valuable understanding of ingredients, formulation techniques, and testing procedures Strong organisational and lab management skills Preferred Qualities:
