NKey Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Unit , ensuring smooth and effective functioning. N
Handle patientpreparation, pre-procedure assessment and post-procedure care . N




Coordinate and assist doctors during various endoscopic procedures. N
Ensure proper patient identification, consent, documentation and safety protocols . N
Manage the endoscopy procedure room, equipment and accessories , ensuring readiness before every procedure. N
Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of endoscopy equipment as per hospital protocols. N
Maintain adequate availability of consumables, instruments and emergency equipment . N
Coordinate with Consultants, Anesthesia, Nursing, CSSD, OT and other support departments . N
Ensure accurate documentation of procedures, patient records and daily activity reports. N
Monitor infection-control practices and maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care . N
Manage and guide the Endoscopy nursing team, including duty allocation, training and performance monitoring . N
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standar
