Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative who will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer relationship management processes, ensuring excellent customer experience, and driving customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to track customer interactions, purchase behavior, and feedback.
- Ensure accurate customer database management and segmentation.
- Monitor and improve the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.

End-to-End CRM Operations




- Take ownership of end-to-end CRM processes, including customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Manage customer lifecycle campaigns to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth customer operations.

SOPs & Process Management
- Ensure consistent execution of CRM workflows and customer handling procedures.
- Continuously review and improve CRM processes for better efficiency and service quality.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Ensure quick resolution of order-related issues such as delivery delays, returns, refunds, and product concerns.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Customer Engagement & Retention
- Plan and execute customer engagement strategies and retention initiatives.
