About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and smart Sales Intern to join the ReNote AI team. In this role, you will work closely with a senior sales professional, accompanying them on client visits and prospect meetings to demo the ReNote AI product ecosystem and present real-world use cases across domains such as Education, Healthcare, Pharma, and Enterprise.

This is a field-facing, people-first role. You do not need to be a tech expert — but you should be curious about AI, quick to learn, and confident enough to hold a conversation with decision makers and answer queries on the spot.

This is a 6-month internship with a full-time offer for top performers at the end of the term.

Responsibilities:
Product Demos & Client Visits

Accompany the senior sales team on prospect and client visits across target segments. Deliver live product demonstrations of:
- ReNote AI smart notebooks and GPT Pen o ReNote Scan App and AI features (OCR, summarization, NLP):
- Domain-specific use cases (Healthcare, Pharma, Education, Enterprise)



Clearly explain how the product solves the prospect's specific pain points.
- Handle on-the-spot queries from clients confidently and professionally. Escalate technical or commercial questions to the senior team when needed.

Pre & Post Visit Activities
- Research prospects before visits — understand their industry, size, and likely needs.
- Prepare demo materials, product brochures, and use case decks ahead of meetings.
- Take notes during meetings and share a structured summary with the senior team post visit.
- Maintain and update CRM records with meeting outcomes and next step.

Learning & Collaboration

Shadow the senior sales team to learn consultative selling and objection handling.
- Stay updated on ReNote AI product updates and recent feature releases.
- Share field feedback and prospect insights with the product and marketing teams.
- Contribute to refining demo scripts and use case presentations based on real interactions.
