Software & Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in at least one major statistical software:
- R (preferred) - dplyr, ggplot2, stats, nlme, car
- SAS (PROC GLM, PROC TTEST, PROC MIXED)
- SPSS / Minitab / GraphPad Prism for basic analyses
- Familiarity with Excel-based statistical workflows and advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Ability to work with diverse data formats:
- Cognitive test outputs
- Dermatology/scanning device data
- PK/PD datasets
- Questionnaire and psychometric scales

Key Responsibilities

Study Design & Statistical Planning
- Develop statistical sections for study protocols, SAPs (Statistical Analysis Plans), and other regulatory documents.
- Determine appropriate sample sizes using power calculations for nutraceutical, cosmetic, functional food,



and BA/BE studies.
- Advise on study design considerations including parallel, crossover, BA/BE designs, dose-response studies, and cosmetic efficacy studies.

Data Analysis
- Perform statistical analyses using:
- t-tests (paired, unpaired)
- ANOVA (one-way, two-way, repeated measures)
- Non-parametric tests (Mann-Whitney, Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis)
- Correlation and regression analyses:
- Chi-square tests, proportion tests
- PK parameter analysis for BA/BE studies
- Bioequivalence assessment using 90% CI and log-transformed metrics
- Evaluate endpoints relevant to nutraceutical and cosmetic studies including questionnaire data, cognitive performance scores, skin imaging/biomarker data, and safety parameters.
