We’re Hiring: Front Desk Reception Coordinator (Diagnostic Lab)

Location: Kharadi / Chandan Nagar, Pune

We are looking for a seasoned and patient-focused Front Desk Reception Coordinator to join our growing diagnostic lab team. If you have a strong background in healthcare front desk operations and enjoy working in a dynamic, patient-centric setting, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient queries efficiently
- Manage patient registrations and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate with lab departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely report dispatch
- Maintain records, documentation, and perform administrative tasks as per compliance standards
- Support day-to-day front desk and lab operations as needed

What We’re Looking For




- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic center front desk role
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with EMR systems is a plus
