Job Description: Write contentions in defense of our insured & file it in the Arb forum along with proofs & scene diagrams
Responsibilities: Write Suitable & robust contentions to be presented in the Arbitration forum
Analyze evidence (expert reports, statements, photographs, etc.)
Evaluate facts of loss, which may be both explicit or inferred
Use judgment skills to review the available documents for subrogation
Ensure all required evidence & documents are available
Identify and upload supporting documentation before moving the case to Arbitration queue Create cogent arguments through superior written skills and logical inductions
Create scene diagrams to maximize the appeal of your case
Submit cases online via the Arbitration Forums website
Qualifications: 12 - 18 months in legal document reviews, contract writing or reviews
