Job Title: Security Incharge

Location: Pandharpur
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Principal

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complete security operations of the school campus.
- Supervise security guards and ensure proper duty allocation (shifts/rotations).
- Monitor entry and exit of students, staff, and visitors.
- Ensure strict implementation of security protocols and visitor management system.
- Conduct regular patrols of campus to ensure safety and discipline.
- Handle emergency situations (fire, medical, security threats) efficiently.
- Coordinate with local authorities (police, fire department) when required.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, and daily logs.
- Ensure CCTV systems are monitored and functioning properly.
- Conduct security drills and training for staff and guards.

Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred):




- Ex-Army / Ex-Serviceman (Highly Preferred)

Experience:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in security services
- Experience in schools, institutions, or large campuses preferred
- Prior experience in handling a team of security staff

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and discipline
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to handle critical situations calmly
- Basic computer knowledge (for reports/CCTV handling)

Other Requirements:
- Physically fit and alert
- High level of integrity and responsibility
- Willingness to work in shifts if required

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
