We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and genuinely wants to help students build their careers.
In this role, you’ll guide students when they first connect with us — and also support them later when they’re ready for job opportunities. So, you’ll be involved in both admissions and placements, playing an key role in their complete journey.
Your day-to-day work:
Student Counseling & Admissions
- Speak with students both at the center and over phone to understand their needs and guide them to the right course
- Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online) in a friendly and helpful manner
- Follow up with interested students and support them through the admission process
- Maintain proper records of student interactions and leads in the system
Placement Support & Coordination
- Coordinate interview schedules between students and companies
- Support students with basic preparation (CV guidance, interview tips, etc.)
- Track placement updates and maintain records in the system
Who we’re looking for:
Must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in education counseling or student admission roles
- Good communication skills (comfortable on calls and face-to-face)
- Basic understanding of IT/career-oriented courses
- A positive and helpful approach while dealing with students
Would be great if you:
- Take genuine interest in student success
- Are organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Can handle both counseling and coordination responsibilities smoothly
- Are comfortable using basic computer systems
