Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive with strong experience in industrial B2B sales to manage and grow sales of industrial / material handling / equipment-based products across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B industrial sales through regular field visits and client acquisition
- Visit factories, manufacturing units, warehouses, and industrial sites:
- Manage and develop dealer and distributor networks (OEM/channel sales preferred):
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable industrial solutions
- Handle complete sales cycle:lead generation, negotiation, and closure:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals:




- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with industrial clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrial demand
- Industrial Sales / Manufacturing Sales / OEM Sales / Automotive Sales
- Equipment / Machinery / Material Handling Sales
- Dealer & Distributor Management / Territory Sales
- Regular exposure to factory visits and industrial customers:
- Strong understanding of B2B long sales cycles and technical selling

Preferred Industry Backgrounds:
- Automotive sales (OEMs / dealerships)
- Industrial equipment or machinery sales
- Material handling industry
- Steel / Cement / Paint / Manufacturing distribution sales

Education Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc preferred)
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering preferred
