Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires solid technical expertise in accounting software, compliance frameworks, and financial controls, along with the ability to handle administrative and cross-functional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record and maintain accurate entries for sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions
- Operate accounting software (Tally, BUSY) efficiently
- Manage AP, AR, GL, cash, and inventory modules

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly financials (Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e-way bill, bank transactions, petty cash,



sales, purchases)
- Follow strict checklists and ensure real-time updates.

3. Audit & Compliance
- Prepare annual financial statements in audit-ready format
- Coordinate with auditors for smooth finalization of accounts
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

4. Financial Control & Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Monitor debtors and creditors; generate ageing and outstanding reports
- Reconcile receivables and payables with statements

5. Banking & Financial Transactions
- Handle all banking activities including:
- Withdrawals, DDs, BGs, ODs
- Documentation, forms, and official communication
- Maintain regular interaction with bank representatives

6. MIS Reporting & Statutory Compliance
- Generate timely and accurate MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with:
- GST (GSTR-1, 2A, 2B, 3B, 9, 9C)
- TDS and TCS deductions and return filing
- Advance
