Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts
- Handle direct communication with clients to understand hiring needs
- Conduct requirement gathering and create hiring strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Negotiate salary and support offer management and onboarding coordination
- Ensure achievement of hiring targets and service-level commitments
- Resolve hiring challenges and maintain client satisfaction
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team performances

Required Skills:




- Strong experience in staffing / placement recruitment
- Client relationship management and account handling
- Team coordination and leadership ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Expertise in sourcing and screening techniques
- Interview coordination and stakeholder management
- Valuable reporting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment / staffing experience
- Experience handling multiple client

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
