Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth in the New Delhi NCR region. With 5 years of solid experience in the freight forwarding industry, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of corporate clients, and providing end-to-end logistics solutions (Air, Sea, and Road). You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share by leveraging your existing network and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients (Exporters/Importers) in Delhi NCR.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Air and Sea Freight (Export/Import).
- Client Management:




- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular meetings to understand client requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for rate negotiations and service inquiries.
- Pricing & Quotations:
- Collaborate with the pricing and operations teams to prepare competitive quotes.
- In-depth knowledge of INCOTERMS to provide accurate costings and advice.
- Negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure the best possible margins.
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the logistics sector.
- Identify new trade lanes and service opportunities to enhance company offerings.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all KYC and commercial documentation are collected and verified for current accounts.
