Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions
- Develop course materials, syllabi, and assessments aligned with academic standards
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations

Research & Scholarship:
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in the field of expertise
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, or conference proceedings
- Seek and manage research funding and grants
- Present research at academic conferences and professional events

Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent terminal degree in the relevant field (completed or near completion by start date).
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and research.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Postdoctoral experience or prior teaching experience at the university level.
- Evidence of scholarly publications or research in progress.
- Experience with grant writing or funded research projects.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and service.
