About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement scalable training strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design onboarding and role-specific training programs for current hires and existing employees across Sales department.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments (TNA) to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Create engaging, high-quality training materials such as presentations, SOPs, e
- learning modules, quizzes, and case studies.
- Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct live training sessions (online & offline) and support peer-learning initiatives.
- Design and deliver training sessions focused on behavioural skills, workplace etiquette, and professional communication to build a well-rounded workforce.
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.




- Continuously iterate training content based on learner feedback and business performance.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Sales Managers, Academic Heads, and Product teams to align training with business goals.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and capability development.

What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in training roles within the EdTech or education space.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace/MS Office, and digital training tools.
- Strong instructional design and content creation abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and impact.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s or Certification in L&D; is a plus.
