Qualifying Criteria - PROFESSOR:
AND

Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals

AND

Minimum Research Score of 120

AND

b. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, of which at least 3 years shall be equivalent to Associate Professor.

OR

i. A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline
- OR _

ii. A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two years full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC.

OR

iii. First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost and Works Accountant / Company Secretary of the concerned statutory body.

AND

c. Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance,



Consultancy projects, and patent filed.

Qualifying Criteria - ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:
AND

Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals

AND

Minimum Research Score of 75

b. Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 3 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience.

OR

i. A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline
- OR _

ii. A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two-year full time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC.

OR
